K.V. Waynant Research Group

The Waynant Research Group is a synthetic chemistry and materials science focused laboratory on the Moscow campus of the University of Idaho.  Broadly, we are interested in synthetic organic synthesis of a variety of biologically important molecules as well as organometallic complexation and methodology in addition to the creation of new polymeric networks.  Our research spans from advanced polymeric systems development, small molecule synthesis, and we like to dabble in chemical education.
